How long does it take to build my site?

Most Starter sites are ready in 3–5 business days. Standard and Premium sites typically take 7–14 days depending on how quickly we get content and feedback from you.

What do I need to provide?

Just your logo (if you have one), any photos you want to use, and a sense of your brand colors and style. We'll handle everything else — including writing copy if you need it.

Can I update the site myself after launch?

Absolutely. Just send over what you'd like changed and we'll take care of it — usually within one business day. If you're on a maintenance plan, one update per month is already included. Want to manage your own content? We can set up a simple dashboard where you edit text and swap photos directly — just ask and we'll add it for a one-time setup fee. It can even be added to an existing site down the road.

What's included in the monthly maintenance?

We watch your site around the clock, handle anything that needs attention behind the scenes, and include one content update per month. Think of it as having someone on call who keeps everything looking and working great.

What if I need more revisions than my package includes?

No problem — additional revision rounds are $150 each for Starter and Standard, and $175 for Premium. One thing to know: a revision round means you send us one consolidated list of feedback covering everything at once, rather than individual changes one at a time. This keeps the process moving quickly for both of us. Once your site is live and signed off, any future changes are handled through our content update pricing.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. The maintenance plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The website build is a one-time project with no ongoing commitment unless you choose to add maintenance.
