Services
AndreaAI provides custom website design, branding, online booking setup, content, and related digital services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are defined in your individual quote and client agreement, which govern if they conflict with these terms.
Quotes & Payments
Quotes generated on this site are estimates until confirmed in writing. Projects begin upon receipt of the agreed deposit, paid securely via Stripe. Deposits are applied toward your total project cost; the remaining balance is due before your site goes live. Deposits become non-refundable once project work has begun, except as stated in your client agreement.
Revisions & Ownership
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in your quote; additional rounds are billed at the published rate. Upon full payment, you own your website code, domain, content, and brand assets, as detailed in your project handoff guide.
Website Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide (text, images, logos) and confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringing.
Disclaimer & Liability
Services are provided with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AndreaAI's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
